- Payment must be paid firsthand before i can start your commission;- I am not able to work with refunds due to tax;- The Days the commission takes, count as work days. Not taking in consideration weekeends and holidays;- I have 2 Free Days per Week and 2 optional Free days per Month for me to use in case of Emergencies;- Only 4 Free Alteration Requests are granted per Commission. If an Alteration is too grand or too late in the proccess, it will count as 2 or more requests used;- The Value of Extra Alterations is equal to 10% of the Total Price;- Priority Requests are 35% of the commission value;- Don't forget to check my Trello and my schedule/planner for live-in updates!
